ONLINE SERVICE PRVACY, RETURNS AND PURCHASE POLICY

Please read these terms carefully. By using or visiting this section of the website, you are accepting the terms of use. These terms may change from time to time and you are bound to the terms of use as displayed at this point in time. By using this website you agree to be bound by these conditions. If you do not agree with them, you are not authorised to use the website.

REFUND POLICY

  • With a receipt we can provide a refund, receipts must be valid and intact and comply with the following conditions.
  • If you are an Account customer a copy of the original invoice must be presented prior to arranging an Account Credit, an Account credit will be dependent on meeting the following conditions.
  • All eligible credits will be in Australian tender and returned in the same manner as original payment has been arranged.
  • We reserve the right to decline at our discretion any bookings made; in these circumstances 100% of all fees paid will be refunded.
  • There are no charges for changing the booking date if done so atleast 48hrs prior to the booked inspection date.
  • If an Inspector arrives to conduct an inspection at the agreed site and time failure to provide access as agreed causing the termination of the inspection, there will be no refunds available, a minimum re-booking fee of $300.0 will apply.
  • Once an Inspection is complete refunds will not be entertained.
  • Please select your service requirements carefully and double check that the information You have provided is correct and accurate in every way to prevent out of pocket expenses in the event of booking cancellation fees.
  • Booking cancellations, min 10% cancellation fee applies to all cancellations greater than 24hrs, 50% cancellation fee will apply for all bookings cancelled 24hrs or less than the booking date. By completing your transaction in clicking on the Pay Now button followed by the Proceed to ANZ eGate, you are accepting the above refund policy.
  • Any arrangements other than stated in the above may be made by direct negotiation, however availability of alternate negotiations will not be guaranteed and will be at the discretion of the Inspector at that time, will be dependent on current bookings and apply to same day rebooking scenarios only.

  2. GST
    GST will apply to all goods and services purchased through this site. Prices in this site include GST where applicable.
  3. Anti-Fraud Measures
    From time to time THE Owner of this site may use techniques designed to identify fraudulent activities on the Site, such as fraudulent credit card use. You agree to cooperate with such efforts as OWNER/ADMINISTRATOR OF THIS SITE in its sole discretion deem necessary. You further agree that if for any reason you or others acting upon your behalf are suspected of fraud or any other breach of these terms, THE OWNER/ADMINISTRATOR OF THIS SITE may terminate your right to access and use the Site.
  4. Credit Card Use
    If any unauthorised use of your credit card occurs as a result of your credit card purchase from this website, you should notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
  5. Security Precautions
    THE OWNER/ADMINISTRATOR OF THIS SITE does not store any personal information. This site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. Payment and credit card details go directly through ANZ eGate web page to ensure maximum security of all details which are fully encrypted through secure server software (SSL) technology, which is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. However, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure, so we cannot give an absolute assurance that the information you provide to us will be secure at all times. All transactions occur.
  6. Booking Fee
    A booking fee will apply to purchases of Inspection Services via this Website which forms part of the Inspection fee.
